Youth Group played at WKDU today and it RULED, except for that really awkward 15 minutes where we realized it wasn't trasmitting into the MCR because some fuckass flipped a switch he shouldn't have. But that's besides the point. Youth Group were so Aussie and super nice, plus their stripped down set was incredibly awesome.
They're playing a residency here in Philly, and as well in NYC and Boston for this entire month and that's the coolest thing ever. They're playing here in Philly every Wednsday this month, at the M Room (Fuck that place for only putting on 21+ shows and my fake not working there).
None the less THERE IS A NEW CONOR OBERST AND THE MYSTIC VALLEY BAND RECORD AND I HAVE IT AND I AM SO FUCKING EXCITED. EXPECT REVIEWS.
